On Sunday, September 11, 2011, the National Police Defense Foundation unveiled the NPDF Police Memorial that honors the many heroes lost a decade ago. The NPDF announces that the September 11th Police Memorial is being donated to the Village of South Blooming Groove, Orange County New York
