A delegation of NPDF officials attended the 15th Anniversary of the Russian American Officers Association (RAOA) gala on June 8, 2018 in Brooklyn, NY.
The RAOA is the official fraternal organization of the NYPD representing Russian American law enforcement officers.
It was an outstanding awards and cultural event including Russian cusine and dancers.
Special congratulations to their “Man of the Year’ Terence Monahan who is the NYPD Chief of the Department.
