The NPDF shares a special relationship with many of the NYPD fraternal line organizations including the Holy Name Society whose President is NPDF Member Police Officer Brian McInnis.
On March 26, 2023, NPDF officials attended the NYPD Holy Name Society Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral followed by a breakfast at the New York Hilton. In attendance were over 600 law enforcement officials and guests that included the NYC Mayor, Police Commissioner and Guest Speaker Actor Robert Clohessy who plays the role of Lt. Sid Gorman on the popular TV Series “Blood Bloods”.
