On February 24, 2017, NPDF officials attended the 64th Annual Dinner Dance at Leonard’s of Great Neck, New York where they honored NYPD Sgt. Brian J. Couglan of the Bomb Squad. The NYPD Emerald Society is international renowned for their “Pipe and Drum Band” that played at President Trumps inauguration parade. The funds from this
dinner benefits their scholarship fund. Present at the dinner was NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill and other high ranking NYPD officials.
