On September 30, 2016, NPDF Founders Joseph and Angela Occhipinti and NPDF Secretary Norma Delgado attended the “Emerald Society, New York City Correction Department” dinner at “Antuns” in Queens City. The honorees at this event included Correction Officer David Wilson ESU, who was selected as the 2016 Irishman of the Year and Correction Officer Jayne Hess HQ, was the 2016 President James Mulvey Award winner.
