On October 21, 2016 NPDF Secretary Norma Delgado, Safe Cop Administrator, Joseph Walker and NPDF Delegate, Jose Zhanay attended the Columbia Association dinner at El Caribe Country club in Brooklyn. The NPDF congratulates Frank Scarpaci for being selected as this year’s “Italian American of the Year” and Anthony Ardolino for winning the “Humanitarian Award”.
