On April 14, 2020, responding to an emergency call for critical medical supplies, NPDF Delegate Chairman Liu Wei sent to the NPDF an emergency shipment of five hundred medical masks and fifty N 95 medical masks. The NPDF will be donating these medical masks to a Newark area hospital and earmarked for their “Neo Natal Care Unit” since some of the mothers and fathers were reportedly diagnosed with the COVID 19 virus that posed an immediate danger to the medical staff and new born babies.
