After several cancelled golf fundraising events due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Westchester Correction Officer’s Benevolent Association (COBA) finally held its 24th annual golf outing that benefits their scholarship Fund. The event took place at the Hollow Brook Golf Club in Cortland Manor, New York. The NPDF officials attending the golf outing was NPDF Executive Director Joseph Occhipinti, Treasurer Joseph Walker, Secretary Emeritus Stan Milstein, and P.R. Representative Anthony Ceglio who retired from the New York Giants Executive Staff. The event was a huge success having about one hundred golfers attending.
