Yesterday was a historical day for the National Police Defense Foundation. The NPDF Executive Director and Office Administrator were with Claudia Digregorio and her father Gaetano when they held the hand of Pope Francis at the Vatican. It was a moving event and the Pope was appreciative of the efforts of the NPDF in securing the medical evaluation for Claudia at the National Institute of Health. Truly his prayer was answered when he hugged the child and kissed her on the cheek.
