CONSUMER ALERT-UNITED “PRESIDENTIAL” CHASE CREDIT CARD

The NPDF has been the target of multiple fraudulent credit card charges that included Amazon, Wayfair and the New York Times charges since March 2023 .

The NPDF Chief Legal Counsel has formally notified the CEO of Chase Credit Card services with a request for an internal investigation since it is suspected to be an internal issue.

The NPDF has also filed a local police report, as well as notified the FBI, U.S. Secret Service and U.S Postal Inspection Service, all of which have concurrent jurisdiction to investigate credit card fraud.

All NPDF Members in possession of the United “Presidential” credit card is recommended to closely scrutinize their credit card statement and if fraudulent charges are detected to file an appropriate police report. 

Please note that the “Chase Frauds Department” is not a law enforcement agency and lacks statutory authority to conduct criminal investigations into credit card fraud.
