The NPDF has developed credible evidence that unknown sources are reportedly selling counterfeit on-line “Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lifetime Member Cards”, which contain the names of NPDF employees and office number on the reverse side of the card.
It is both a federal trademark infringement, as well as potential criminal violation, to knowingly counterfeit, possess or sell a counterfeit document. The NPDF is posting a $1,000 reward for public information that leads to the arrest and conviction of any person who is counterfeiting or distributing counterfeit or other police organizational member cards.
