The NPDF recommends that you reconsider using Network Solutions, LLC for your domain name
registration, email hosting, web hosting and other internet services. On 9/22/16 the NPDF filed a
consumer complaint with the Chief Operating Officer, for refusal to provide a paid receipt for a credit card
transaction. The NPDF disclosed that Network Solutions LLC allegedly fails to provide direct contact numbers
to their executive officers, they also do not escalate consumer complaints to account supervisors.
Public Notice: On April 7, 2015 Network Solutions agreed to settle a Federal Trademark Commission charge
that they reportedly misled consumers about refunds.
