Morganville, NJ, JANUARY 8, 2020: The NPDF is deeply saddened to hear about the unexpected death of 41-year-old ATF Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) Joseph Milligan who was assigned to the ATF New York Field Division.
The NPDF has established the SSA Joseph Milligan Memorial Fund in an effort to help the family pay for funeral and related expenses that includes helping his spouse and one-year baby to relocate with their family in Boston.
